If You are interested to expand your mind and do some personal study courses, BYU offers some free online studies on various topics. This would be great for personal growth/enrichment, testing how you like online studying etc... see below:

These areas include Family History, Family Life, and Religious Scripture Study, such as the Book of Mormon and the Doctrine and Covenants.
