A generous donation of "expensive" cheese blend

A generous donation of "expensive" cheese blend powder has come my
way. (Thanks Lori A.!)

It is enough and to share. I have divided it into two-cup portions
and will bring it to Church today. This is a fantastic and free food
storage opportunity for the first 20 people that want a sample.

The powder is similar to what comes in the Kraft macaroni and cheese
box, but with less scary ingredients and of a much higher quality.
You can use it with your food storage macaroni or make spreads/sauces,
cheesey potato casserole or soup, dips, ... I experimented and made
cheesey popcorn last night---yumbola!

Here are the reconstituting instructions---because I'm not going to
write it out 20 times:

Combine cheese blend powder with hot water. Stir together until
smooth and creamy.
Spread = 3/4 cup powder and 3/4 cup hot water for 1 cup spread
Sauce = 1 cup powder and 1/2 cup hot water for 1 cup sauce

Ingredients: whey, modified food-starch, cheddar cheese, pasteurized
milk, salt, annatto extract, cheese culture (enzymes), non-fat milk,
partially hydrogenated soybean oil, lactic acide, disodium phosphate,
and yellow dye 5 and 6.

1/4 cup serving containes 55 calories 1 gram fat, 2 grams protein, 8
grams carbohydrates and 18% calcium.
