TAKE YOUR RESTING HEART RATE NOW AND WRITE IT DOWN AND AFTER ATTENDING SUSAN'S CLASS FOR FEW MONTHS, RETAKE YOU HEART RATE IN FEBRUARY AND CELEBRATE HEART HEALTH!!!
