EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY-PHARMACEUTICAL

Although you might not know anyone who would like to work in the pharmaceutical field in Lansing, Michigan, you should consider directing those looking for jobs to the ldsjob.net website, as it is apparently getting more activity as the economy begins to come around. I just checked out the site and was quite impressed with the variety and depth of job leads there, including many in the central Ohio area.
Thanks,
Stephen

SHORT TERM EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY -SEWING

I'm hoping you can distribute through your stake employment e-mail listserve an announcement from Jane B., in the Powell Ward. She has the need for someone who sews to do a relatively small job of sewing 20 silk ties. She can pay by the tie or by the hour and is happy to negotiate the terms. This could be a very good opportunity perhaps for someone to make a little extra income working on a short project. Jane indicates that she can even drive to the home of whoever is able to do this.Here's Jane's contact information: janemburk@gmail. com;

THE DAWN OF A NEW OPPORTUNITY- EMPLOYMENT

ACT QUICKLY!!! THIS MAYBE GONE SOON!!!

Our marketing guy is moving and we need someone to fill his position. He worked two different locations. Ideally, we would love to find someone who could also work both locations, but we are considering hiring two separate people fill this vacancy.

The first position is a marketing position at the condos we own on High Street. We have some vacants we want sold or rented in lease-to-purchase contracts. We already have the contracts drawn up and the sales prices. We just need someone in charge of marketing and showing the available units to potential buyers, and who can collect rents and make deposits from those that are currently in lease-to-purchase contracts. The previo us guy that worked this was a realtor, but the person who we hire to fill his position does not need a background in real estate. They just need a basic work background and can handle organizing data on spreadsheets and keeping track of money. This job also comes with free rent in one of the units we have available if someone is interested in that. The unit is a 2 bedroom, 1500 sq. ft. unit…very nice. We need this position filled in the next 2-3 weeks so we will be trying to interview as soon as possible.

The second position is at the apartments we own on the West side of Columbus, just north of Grove City. We need an office manager there who would be interested in working 20-30 hours per week. They would collect rent, show vacant apartments, and handle work orders, if tenants have water leaks, etc. We have a maintenance tech on site who knows how everything runs. This person would just need to keep track of work orders that the maintenance tech needs to do. This job pays more than minimum wage (but not a lot more). It is ideal for a single person who just wants a part time job, or a retired person who wants a part time job, or a spouse looking for a second income for the family….not for someone trying to support a family.

Jason has been looking for people and will probably handpick who he wants. However, thought you might know of some people looking for work in that area. If you want to pass this on to the church employment dept, please feel free. Like I said before, if someone wants to handle both jobs, that is ideal for us, and they would make more money doing so, obviously. However, we are willing to split it up and hire two separate people if we can’t find someone willing to take on both properties.

If you find someone who is interested they may email their resume to mcollier@gdgusllc. com or fax it to 740.775.3691.

Thanks!Mandy
