IF YOU OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW NEED SOME GUIDANCE

If you, a loved one ( a child, spouse, sibling, parent,) or someone you know and care about ( a friend, someone you visit teach, someone's child etc.) need a listening ear, guidance,
have questions, looking for stress management etc, it is important to look for a professional therapist, life coach etc.
It is never good to cope on your own. If you are unsure if you need professional services, you can always contact and speak with your Spiritual leaders such as your bishop and Relief Society President and they can guide you tothe right direction.
The Church has their own services called the LDS Family Services that cover myriad of topics.
Here is a quote from the Church's own site that really gives you the info in a nutshell :
"Counseling Services
LDS Family Services has 57 offices throughout the United States and 12 international offices in Canada, Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Mexico, Chile, and Brazil available to provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. The professional counseling staff hold a master's degree in the behavioral sciences at a minimum.

Professional counseling can assist members in a variety of situations. Common reasons for counseling include, but are not limited to, marital conflict, parent-child conflict, addiction, abuse, depression, anxiety, and same-gender attraction. Working with the member and the member's bishop is often helpful in changing destructive behaviors and creating healthier relationships. A bishop and member can often determine together if professional counseling might be helpful. To receive counseling services, members may be referred by their bishop or branch president, or they may contact the agency directly.
There is a fee for counseling services."
